Dear Parent,

The dress code is casual but modest. The purpose of the dress code is to protect knees during game time and ensure modesty. The dress code for Cubbies and Sparks is long pants/slacks, shoes, a shirt with sleeves, and a uniform vest. The dress code for all T&T clubbers is long pants/slacks, shoes, and a uniform shirt. For the girls wearing skirts, please wear pants underneath. Tennis shoes are highly recommended.

At the end of Awana each Wednesday, the children will remain with their leaders until the parents pick them up. Please come inside to pick up your children. This allows us to meet you and get to know you. It is very important that you supervise the activities of your child from the time that you pick them up until you leave for home. Please be considerate of the leaders and their own children, and pick your child/children up promptly when club ends at 8pm.

We are going to try to do most of our registration process online, but if you would prefer to register in person, we will still be having in-person registration for the first 2 nights of club (September 17th and 24th). Below are the steps to follow for registering your kids online:

1. We have purchased new Awana software. You can register your child(ren) at the link below. If you are a returning family, use the email you've used on previous registration forms and create a password. Should this not work, we will have registration forms at club for you to register in person. You should receive an amount owed for Dues/Books/Uniforms for your household once all clubbers have been registered. Payment can be made in person at the registration tables.

2. Payment: You can make payments via cash, check, or Venmo.

If you are paying by check, please note your amount due and make your check out to New Arbor Bible Church with Awana in the memo. You can bring your check with you to the first night of club, and we will get it recorded.

Of course, cash is also accepted. If you are having a hard time making the payment due to financial difficulties, please reach out to me to talk about it.

Since this is still new to us, we ask for your patience while we work out the kinks.

3. If you know of other families interested in attending Awana here at New Arbor Bible Church, please pass this email along to them to register their kids.

I’m looking forward to another season of growth and fun for the children, the leaders, and myself. See you there!!

Thank you,

Doug McIntosh
